First you get a pebble..

Then you get a Brick..
Then you get a Boulder

So keep scanning the horizon for trouble
and watch out for pebbles
..and the occasional brick on the back of the head
if you are planning on not getting crushed by any boulders in the near future.

Trust me.
if you don't take care of the pebbles
You will soon be dealing with bricks
and you may end up being violently eviscerated by a boulder.

And it won't be pretty.
So ALL my pebbles warrant my attention. As far as I am concerned.

Where are the 'pebbles' in your life?
At work?
With friends?
In AA?
With your family?
In your thinking?
In how you are feeling today?

The antidote to all 'pebbles' is (our old friend) Helpfulness.
Look for do-able opportunities for helpfulness.
Ones that do NOT compromise your integrity.
Ie. Being a martyr or a doormat is NOT an option.
