Its not necessary, but I like using these for step 1 and 5 appointments.

Roman Chamomile 3 drops
Vetiver 3 drops

Possibly
Organic Lavender Rare 3 drops
Vetiver 3 drops

You will need an oil burner with a DEEP basin
